Rob Messenger
Owner, Senior Loan Originator

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Rob lives in the Lake Sunapee region with his wife and their two children. Rob attended Kearsarge Regional High School and graduated from the University of New Hampshire. As a father of two teenage boys, he cherishes time spent outdoors with his family, skiing, biking, and boating in the Upper Valley’s pristine and plentiful recreational areas.
Rob has been a loan officer since 1999, striving to offer exceptional, personalized service to each and every client to ensure a pleasant and successful experience. He specializes in Conventional & Jumbo loans as well as USDA, FHA, and VA. Here at Legacy Mortgage, we pride ourselves on having a wide variety of products to meet all your needs, whatever they may be.
Hobbies include: fishing (Bass & Tuna), traveling, playing the guitar, hiking in beautiful New England, skiing, and playing golf.

Jessica Irwin

Born and raised in the Upper Valley, Jessica has 2 decades of experience managing mortgage loan operations in several settings across multiple lenders and diverse loan program offerings. Jessica guarantees our loan processes and systems run smoothly. You might not work with her directly but she’s working for you.
She graduated from Western Colorado University and now lives in Enfield, NH with her husband, 3 kids and two dogs one of whom is our office dog Tonka.
Jessica and her crew love the outdoors in every season from summers on the boat to winters on the slopes, they enjoy it all.
Jessica has also dedicated countless hours to supporting the community run ski programs at Whaleback Mountain.
Stacey Pillsbury
Senior Loan Analyst
Stacey was born and raised in the Upper Valley and currently lives in Canaan, NH. She is a graduate of Mascoma Valley Regional HS and attended the Center for Financial Training (CFT) and Keene State College. Stacey has been in banking since 1994 and entered the mortgage industry in 1996. She’s held many positions in lending, from servicing and processing to underwriting. In fact, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who knows their stuff better.
When not hanging with her Legacy colleagues in the office, Stacey loves spending time with her family and friends, being entertained by her cat Willow, watching sports, taking road trips, and enjoys reading, particularly anything by Stephen King.
Jake Donovan
Loan Originator

Born and raised in the Kearsarge area, Jake is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College. Jake is licensed in New Hampshire, Vermont, Florida and Maine.
When Jake’s not securing licenses across the East Coast, you’ll find him serving as an assistant soccer coach for Lake Sunapee United’s soccer team. Jake is an avid skier, hiker, and soccer player, enjoying the abundance of outdoor activities the area has to offer. Recently, he took up the hobby of homebrewing craft beer. The entire office is looking forward to taking up the hobby of tasting his creations.
Allie Rowett
Loan Officer Assistant

Allie grew up in the Upper Valley and graduated from Mascoma High School before attending the University of Arizona where she completed her bachelor’s degree in finance. Upon graduation she began her career in the mortgage industry holding positions in both sales and operating. After 13 years in Arizona, Allie and her husband, their two daughters and two dogs relocated back to New Hampshire. Her job search connected her with Legacy Mortgage where she joined our team as a loan analyst and soon transitioned to a loan officer assistant.
Allie enjoys cooking, reading, country music concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
Courtney Massey
Loan Analyst
Courtney joins our team bringing experience from all over. Born in Pennsylvania but raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Courtney grew up in the center of the banking industry. Her career began as a credit analyst at a credit card company until she turned her attention to wholesale lending and processing. Courtney worked both in wholesale and direct lending for 12 years in Delaware before deciding it was time for a change. Her and her husband and their two boys decided to leave their concrete jungle behind and moved to NH for some different scenery. Once they settled into Grantham, Courtney changed direction again and began a new career in real estate sales.
After 9 years of selling properties in the Sunapee/Upper Valley Region, she decided to get back to her lending roots and joins us with the wealth of knowledge she’s learned along the way.
Courtney’s husband, two teenage boys and two dogs keep her busy with sporting events and activities most weekends but if she’s not with them, she can usually be found on the golf course with friends.
Katharine Rancourt

Katharine grew up in southern Vermont and her husband and their 3 daughters now live in Lebanon, NH.
She graduated from Simmons University in Boston with a BA in Public Relations and Marketing Communications. She began her career at advertising agencies in Boston and Virginia before settling back in New England where she specializes in helping small businesses with their digital presence and online marketing.
Suzie Suttie
Administrative Assistant
Suzie was born and raised in Maine. She relocated to New Hampshire in 2019 and currently resides in the Upper Valley with her husband and teenage son. She has worked in the finance industry for over 2 decades with a background in banking and insurance. Suzie enjoys spending her free time cooking, camping and biking and is an avid hockey fan.

What would any winning team be without a Mascot? Tonka the Office Dog is ours.
A French Bulldog by birth, his true talent is not only locating the most radiant sunbeam in the office but managing to fill every inch of it. He has a keen sense of when somebody needs to take five and insists on mandatory belly rubs and the occasional scratch behind the ear. He works for kibble and dog treats and can show you the best places to hide a squeaky toy anywhere in the Upper Valley.
